HUGGING

Hug is physical intimacy, typically to express affection

 

 

       Hugging is a kind of expression to communicate the feelings through physical touch.

 

 

       Hugging is all natural. It is organic, naturally sweet, no pesticides, no preservatives, no artificial ingredients and 100% wholesome. 

 

 

We have several types of hugs, like

 

1. Genuine / warm hug ( which express affection or fondness in person )

 

2. Polite hug ( a greeting or social convention )

 

3. Bear hug ( which is full of love and no pretensions, often given to friend met after a long period )

 

4. Sleepy hug ( express that they are tired and feel safe in your company )

 

5. One-armed / awkward hug ( not with interest or half-hearted )

 

6. Quick / brisk hug ( means that something else is running on their mind and they are busy )

 

7. Squeeze hug ( a type of bear hug but not  exactly a bear hug )

 

8. Flirty hug ( means your desirable )

 

9. Passionate hug ( an intense flirty hug that express your emotions and attachment, lasts long )

 

10. Cuddly hug ( couples who hold each other in arms )

 

11. One-sided hug ( one person will act and other will not even respond )

 

 

      Hugging is great way to get close without being inappropriate. As per therapists, hugging is healthy.

 

 

Advantages -

 

=> It helps the body's immune system

 

=> It keeps you healthier, portable and no equipment required 

 

=> It cures depression and keeps on working to dispense benefits

 

=> It reduces stress and induces sleep

 

=> It is ecologically sound and energy-efficient 

 

=> It's invigorating (strong and energetic )

 

=> It's rejuvenating (feel better and younger )

 

=> It increases liveliness, curiosity, problem-solving abilities and overall physical well-being

 

=> It substantially improves a new born's developmental progress

 

=> It imparts feelings of belonging and fills up empty places in our lives

 

=> It has no unpleasant side effects and hugging is nothing less than a miracle drug

 

 

    Hugging is more beneficial and have a lot of benefits.

As per research, we generally need -

~ 4 hugs a day, for survival

~ 8 hugs a day, for maintenance 

~ 12 hugs a day, for growth.

 

 

To live a happy life and smooth flow of life we need hugs  in our daily routine.
